Refund policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases made at the Bremara House online store, operated by FusiaX L.L.C., a Wyoming limited liability company doing business as Bremara House ("Bremara House", "we", "us").

30-day returns

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

How to start a return

Email hello@bremarahouse.com with your order number and the items you would like to return. We will reply within 1 business day with the return address and instructions. Items sent back without first contacting us cannot be accepted.

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or defective, or we sent the wrong item. We recommend a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit. Original shipping charges are not refunded, except where the return is due to our error.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

Please inspect your order on arrival. If an item is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and the packaging. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping, at your choice. In most cases you will not need to send the damaged item back.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm whether it is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of approval. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item or color is to return the item you have and place a new order.

Order changes and cancellations

You can change or cancel an order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet shipped. Contact us as soon as possible. After that, you can return the items under this policy.

Non-returnable items

Items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or returned without their original packaging may not be accepted. We will let you know if an item cannot be accepted and arrange for it to be sent back to you.
