Where do you ship from, and how long does delivery take?

Orders ship from our US fulfillment centers in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania (East Coast) and March Air Reserve Base, California (West Coast), operated by our logistics partner ShipBob. Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days, and standard delivery usually takes 3 to 5 business days after your order ships (1 to 2 business days with Express). You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as it ships.

Do you ship outside the United States?

Not yet. For now we ship to addresses within the United States only.

How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping (3 to 5 business days) is free on orders of $70 or more, and $8.00 below that. Express shipping (1 to 2 business days) is $15.00.

What is your return policy?

You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Email us to start a return and we will send you the instructions. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item. In those cases we cover it.

My item arrived damaged. What should I do?

We are sorry about that. Please email hello@bremarahouse.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage and the packaging. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, if you contact us within 12 hours of placing it and it has not shipped yet. After that we may not be able to make changes, but you can still return the items under our return policy.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards through our secure checkout, plus any other payment options shown at checkout. Card details are handled by our payment provider and are never stored by us.

How do I care for my pieces?

Each product page lists care instructions. In general, wipe ceramics, cement and wood with a soft, dry cloth, and follow the care label on linens and throws. Our stoneware and cement pieces are for decorative use only and are not intended for food, drink or water.
